Jacob Buchanan started out as a property owner of a 4-plex in 2014. Over time other owners were not happy with there current management company and noticed how nice his property was kept. They asked about property management services and that is how we became Jacob David Properties, LLC.
We take pride and treat our owner’s properties like we own it and more and more owners are switching over to us because of our professionalism, support, and services we give to our owners and tenants on a consistent basis.
